Internet Service Provider Authority Division in Russia

Of high importance has become over the last years globally the IS provider responsibility for the user-generated content. The presentation argues why the provider must not be held responsible in this matter, nor perform moderation of all user-placed materials, and even less premoderation. The audience is invited to discuss provider behavior on receipt of a notice from copyright holders or police regarding illicit user-placed content.
